Free Courses
This course is free of charge. 
  • Application can be made online or applicants can submit the application form together with a passport  photo, a copy of ID card to IFT Technical and Academic Support Division in Main Campus or Taipa Campus.  However, online application is not applicable to those who wish to use DSEJ subsidy to offset course fee as they have to come in person to complete the procedure.   Applications through telephone, fax or e-mail are not accepted.
  • Application for all short courses is processed on a first-come, first- served basis.
  • Applicants can be refunded 50% of the paid course fee if withdrawal request is submitted at least three working days before course commencement.  Should the request be submitted after the said period, no refund will be made. 
  • Applicants' DSEJ Continuous Improvement and Development Programme account will not be debited if withdrawal request is submitted at least three working days before course commencement.  The full amount of the course fee/deposit will be charged after the said period.
  • Students who want to withdraw from a free course should submit a withdrawal application before the course ends and their application for other free courses will not be accepted in the following two months.  Students who drop out a free course without official withdrawal will not be eligible for enrolling all our free courses in one year.
  • Students should not re-enroll in any free courses that they have already completed.
  • Deferral policy is not applicable to THS courses, except Tour Guide & Diploma Courses.
  • Payment should be settled through credit card (VISA or MASTER) or in company cheque or cashier order if the total amount is above MOP 5,000.
  • Courses may be cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment.
